Q: Why would I want to buy used clothes online?
A: There are lots of great reasons to buy second hand clothing online. You can get all kinds of brand name and designer clothing at prices that simply can't be beat. This includes classic styles and designs that have been out of production for years, and are hard to find. Our stock changes almost every day, and you never know what you might find!
Second hand clothing is also green clothing, preventing clothing from going to waste and conservering resources.
Then there is the satisfaction of knowing that you've helped a lot of people, not just us here at Remedy Outfitters but the individual's, charaties and non-profit thrifts that we buy our stock from.
Finally, there is the convenience of being able to shop for unique clothing in the comfort of your own home. This website is open 24/7, and your clothing is delivered right to your door!

Q: Since I can't try the item on, how do I know it will fit?
A: Used clothing may be worn in or modified in such a way that alters the size. We give the tag size, but we also measure each piece of clothing provide a better idea of the fit. Don't know your measurements? Just have a friend, tailor or a sales person at your favorite clothing store to measure you up! Or check out How We Measure, and then measure your favorite clothes. For jeans, pants or shorts you will want to know your Waist and Leg ("Inseam") measurements. For shirts and jackets, you will want to be familiar with your Chest and Arm Length ("Inseam") measurements.

Q: Can I trust used clothing bought on the internet?
A: Yes. While we can't speak for any other sellers, here you can be assured that all of our items are closely inspected for cleanliness and quality. Some items may show light wear, such as fraying on the ankle cuffs or color fading, and any wear like this is explicitly stated in the description. We do not sell anything that has rips, holes, stains, broken zippers or anything that would impact the quality, durabilty, or wearing experience. Each item is inspected twice, once before being listed and once more before being shipped out. We're very serious about delivering only the best clothing.

Q: Where do you get your clothes?
A: We get our clothing from a variety of sources, including individual sellers and local charities and non-profit organizations.

Q: My favorite jeans are worn out and I want an exact replacement. Do you have one?
A: If you're searching for a very specific brand and style of jeans, pants or anything else you can Contact Us with the details and we'll see if we have it. Be sure to let us know the brand, style, tag size, measurements and if possible any style and production numbers on the tags.

Q: I have a question about an item that your description doesn't answer. What should I do?
A: Contact us. We'll be happy to report back on any kind of detail or provide additional pictures. You can never be too sure!

Q: How fast will I get my order?
A: That depends on where you are located. We ship all orders either same-day or next-day, using USPS Priority mail. Since we are in central Texas, orders within the central U.S. will generally arrive a little faster. Almost all orders within the continental U.S. will arrive within 1 week. International orders may take up to 3 weeks or longer depending on customs, but usually arrive within 2 weeks. So far we have shipped to every major continent except South America, and have never had a package fail to arrive in a timely fashion.
